Soybean Genome Harvested

In a collaborative project between the DOE JGI and USDA/NSF researchers, we sequenced and annotated the Glycine max genome sequence. From HudsonAlpha, we managed the sequencing project and contributed BAC End sequence and the community clone-based sequencing effort.
